Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason. The right of withdrawal is for consumers only: it does not apply if you buy as a business or professional, for example by giving a VAT number.
When the 14 days start
From the day on which you, or a person you have named (not the courier), receive the piece. If the order contains several pieces delivered on different days, the 14 days run from the delivery of the last one.
How to withdraw
All you have to do is tell us your decision before the 14 days are over. You can do it:
- online, from the Withdrawal page, in two steps: we immediately send you a confirmation by email;
- by email to [Email di contatto] or by certified email (PEC) to [Indirizzo PEC], using the form below or with a clear message, giving your name, the order number and the pieces you are returning;
- by post, with a letter to [Ragione sociale], [Indirizzo della sede].
You do not have to use the form. If you have any doubt, call us on [Telefono].
The return
After your request we write to tell you how to send the piece back. You must send it, or hand it over, within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal.
You pay for the return. For each piece, its page shows an estimate of the cost of returning it to Italy. Pack the piece with care, as you received it: you are liable for any damage caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics.
The refund
We refund the price you paid and the cost of standard delivery (not the extra cost of a special delivery you chose yourself) within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
We may wait to refund you until the piece is back with us, or until you show us you have sent it, whichever happens first.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maison Urbani di Urbani Emanuela, Via Milazzo 2, 10133 Torino (TO), Italia, [...], [...]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://urbanimaison.com/en/withdrawal. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
