Privacy notice
This site uses no profiling cookies or advertising tools; to take payments it loads Stripe, as explained in the cookies section. Saved pieces stay on your device, or in your account if you sign in. When you write to us, we use your name and email only to reply.
When you write to us
We use your name, email, phone (if you give it) and message only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use them for newsletters or advertising and never pass them on.
If you create an account
The account is optional and opens with your email alone, no password. We use it to show you the orders placed with that email, the addresses you save, the pieces on your wishlist and your open sign-ins, which expire after 30 days (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can delete the account yourself at any time from the account page: addresses, wishlist and sign-ins go at once; orders stay in our records because the law requires us to keep them.
Newsletter
We only write to you if you ask us to, by ticking the consent box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and only after you confirm by pressing the button in the email we send you (double opt-in). As proof of your consent we keep the date and time, the page and language, the version of this notice, the exact text you accepted, your connection address in a non-reversible hashed form and your browser type. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. Sign-ups that are not confirmed are deleted after 30 days. After you unsubscribe we keep the proof of consent for [period to be defined].
Tell me if it comes back
If you ask to be told about a reserved piece, we use your email for one thing only: to write to you once if the piece becomes available again (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). After that email the request ends. In any case we delete it within 180 days. It is not a newsletter subscription.
How long we keep them
