Withdraw from your contract
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. You can do it here online in two steps.
After your request we write to tell you how to send the piece back: you pay for the return. We refund the price you paid, with the same payment method, as soon as the piece is back with us.
If the 14 days have already passed you can still send the request: we receive it and look at it.
