Delivery and delivery areas
We ship from Italy. Below you will find the countries we deliver to and the special cases.
We prepare and pack every piece with care within a few working days; once it has shipped, we send you the number to track the parcel. You see the delivery cost and times for your country on each piece’s page and in the summary before you pay.
For large or fragile pieces, delivery may need a quote: in that case the piece’s page says so and we write to you before the purchase.

We prepare and ship each piece within 1-3 working days of the order confirmation.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase.
Addresses we cannot sell to online
Some addresses with a postcode of these countries are outside the European Union VAT area, and we cannot sell online there. If you live there, write to us and we will find a way together.
- Italy: Livigno, Campione d'Italia, San Marino and Vatican City
- France: overseas territories and the Principality of Monaco
- Germany: Büsingen am Hochrhein and Heligoland
Special cases
- Large, fragile or valuable pieces travel with a carrier, on a quote. The piece's page says so, and we write to you with the delivery price before you decide to buy.
- Pieces of historic or artistic interest: until we hold the papers to take them out of Italy, we deliver them in Italy only. The piece's page says so.
- Pieces made with materials protected by the CITES convention (some tropical woods, for example): without a CITES certificate we deliver them in Italy only. The piece's page says so.
- Some pieces can only be collected from the shop: the piece's page says so, and we arrange the collection with you.
